Title: Customer Service Representative - Logistics & Dispatch

Shift Schedule: Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, energetic Customer Service Representative - Logistics & Dispatch to join our operations team. This position plays a key role in coordinating delivery schedules, supporting drivers, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a logistics, dispatch, or delivery-focused customer service environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts and logistics programs
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to delivery scheduling and confirmations
  • Coordinate delivery time frames and perform daily pre-call outreach
  • Dispatch and support drivers, addressing issues as they arise
  • Monitor and manage assigned dispatch boards
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and unresolved service issues
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts and internal teams
  • Check and respond to customer service voicemail queues as scheduled
  • Enter, update, and retrieve information accurately using internal systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate delivery execution
  • Continuously learn processes and requirements across client accounts
  • Deliver consistently high-quality customer service
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, dispatch, or logistics experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of customer service or dispatch experience within logistics or last-mile delivery
  • Bilingual skills a plus
